Q. Do you require a deposit when booking an event?
A. Yes, Non-University events require a 50% deposit at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Q. Will you provide a quote or estimate?
A. Yes, We include an estimate with every proposal we create for you to review. 

Q. Can I bring my own food for an On Campus event?
A. No, outside food is prohibited for all catered events on campus. This is in accordance with University and Health Code regulations.

Q. Can I bring leftover food home from my event?
A. Due to State of South Dakota Health Regulations, we cannot allow any leftover food to be taken from the event.

Q. Do you provide Servers?
A. We can provide any additional staff you may need for your event at a rate of $15 hour of service per additional server. This fee applies to only Non-University sponsored events. 

Q. Do you offer customizable menus?
A.  Yes, we can provide you with menu ideas that fit your theme or event.

Q. What if I need to cancel my event?
A. We need to be notified seven (7) business days prior to the event to avoid any charges. If within seven (7) business days you will be billed for the current labor and food costs incurred up to the day that you cancelled.
